The proposed Health Services Commission will oversee appointments, promotions, transfers and disciplinary matters involving healthcare personnel.

Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad says the creation of new posts and salary structures will remain under the Public Service Department and Finance Ministry.
