Plaintiff says case not against Trump and wants refund after US court strikes down tariffs

The US Supreme Court decision on Feb 20 marks a significant victory for educational toy companies Learning Resources and Hand2Mind which is the lead plaintiff in the case.

They said they are not against President Donald Trump but how the law was incorrectly applied and added that they expected repayment.
