Perak Ruler: Swearing-in of MB for the third time not something to be proud of

The swearing-in of the state Mentri Besar for the third time since the 14th General Election is not something to be proud of, says Perak Ruler Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah.

Sultan Nazrin said that after the Perak Mentri Besar swearing-in ceremony at Istana Iskandariah, Kuala Kangsar here today (Dec 10), adding that the event is a reflection of failure in the history of the Perak state assembly.

The Perak Ruler also said a person's real character will be exhibited when a person is obsessed with wealth, position and power.

His Royal Highness also thanked former Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Ahmad Faizal Azumu for his services, as well as to all the state executive council members for their services.
