Perak cops probe viral video showing kids hanging out of windows of moving car

Police have questioned the owner of a car seen in a viral video showing three children hanging out of the windows of a moving vehicle in Ipoh.

Perak police chief Comm Datuk Mior Faridalathrash Wahid said the man was called in to give a statement on Thursday (March 25) night.
