Pasir Gudang MP suggests MACC be given more ‘claws and fangs’ to prosecute cases

Pasir Gudang MP Hassan Abdul Karim told the Dewan Rakyat on Monday (Sept 20) that the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) should be given prosecution powers, as the commission currently only has investigative powers while the decision to prosecute lies with the Attorney General’s Chambers.
