Pasir Gudang MP laments absence of ministers during his Budget 2027 debate

Pasir Gudang MP Hassan Abdul Karim has criticised the absence of ministers during his Budget 2027 debate, saying he wanted to support the government’s proposals but had no ministers present to hear his views.

He also called for legislation to ensure equal constituency allocations for all 222 MPs, a review of the Petroleum Development Act 1974 to ensure fairer distribution of resources to Sabah, Sarawak, Terengganu and Kelantan, and greater respect for MA63 and the Federal Constitution.
