PAS MP Siti Mastura fails in appeal against defamation suit by three DAP leaders

The Court of Appeal has dismissed the appeal by Kepala Batas MP Dr Siti Mastura Muhammad against a High Court decision ordering her to pay damages totalling RM825,000 for defaming three DAP leaders by linking them to Communist Party of Malaya leader Chin Peng.
