Pahang floods: Several roads closed, number of victims continues to rise

Continuous heavy rain since Saturday (Jan 2) has caused several roads in Pahang to be closed due to landslides or floods on Sunday (Jan 3).

Meanwhile, the number of flood evacuees jumped significantly in the evening with 3,979 individuals from 1,223 families housed in 91 relief centres across the state according to the Welfare Department.
