Owner of South Korean Travel Agency fined RM3,000 for cheating

The owner of a travel agency, Apsan Travel & Tour was fined RM3,000 by the Kuala Lumpur Magistrate's Court on Wednesday for cheating a local woman to get a flight ticket to South Korea involving a loss of RM10,200.
