Operator aims for early handover of four highways to govt

Amanat Lebuhraya Rakyat Bhd (ALR) aims to shorten its concession periods and return four tolled highways under its management — Kesas, LDP, Sprint and the SMART Tunnel — to the government by 2033, five years before its sukuk obligations mature.
