'Op Crack' exposes Immigration insider hacking syndicate

Twelve individuals, including six Immigration Department officers, have been detained over a syndicate that allegedly hacked Malaysia's immigration system (MyIMMs) with insider help to illegally approve 1,306 Temporary Work Visit Passes (PLKS).
Immigration Director-General Datuk Zakaria Shaaban said the breach could only have happened with insider knowledge of the system.
