Only 160 out of 222 lawmakers have declared their assets

Only 160 out of the 222 lawmakers in the Dewan Rakyat have declared their assets, despite the deadline on Thursday, (Dec 5), says Datuk Liew Vui Keong.

The Minister in the Prime Minister's Department said so far, all 139 Pakatan Harapan MPs have declared their assets, and this includes their spouses and children below the age of 21, as well as trustees.

Liew said action can be taken against those who fail to declare their assets, as it would be going against a motion which was adopted by the House on July 1 this year.
