One-off RM1,000 aid for taxi, school bus drivers to be paid in stages from Oct 14

The government’s one-off RM1,000 aid under Budget 2027 for taxi, rental car and school bus drivers will be disbursed in stages from Wednesday (Oct 14).

Transport Minister Anthony Loke said the aid would benefit about 38,000 taxi and rental car drivers and 15,000 school bus drivers.
