Datuk Seri Arthur Joseph Kurup has a mission to fulfil and he intends to achieve it before he leaves.

The Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability Minister's main concern for now is pushing the National Climate Change Bill – which is a proposed piece of legislation driven by NRES – to create a comprehensive legal framework to address climate change.
