North Korea's Kim says country to develop economy over next five years

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un said in his Workers' Party congress on Feb 23 that the country will solidify and develop the quality of its economy over the next five years. Kim called the next five years a "full-scale progress phase" of the country's development.
