Noh Omar takes over as PUNB chairman

Newly-appointed Perbadanan Usahawan Nasional Bhd (PUNB) chairman Tan Sri Noh Omar said the approval period for applications for financing under the Penjana economic recovery plan will be shortened from three months to three weeks to enable entrepreneurs affected by the Covid-19 pandemic to receive the much-needed aid and benefits.

He said this after a ceremony that saw his predecessor Datuk Hazimah Zainuddin handing over her duties to Noh on Friday.
