No water cuts following latest pollution incident at Sg Selangor, says state govt

Selangor Environment, Green Technology, Science, Technology and Innovation and Consumer Affairs Committee chairman Hee Loy Sian said there were no water cuts in the latest odour pollution incident at Sungai Selangor.

Speaking in a press conference on Tuesday (Dec 8), he said the water treatment plants around the area had resumed operations and the water pressure would return to normal beginning 3pm.

Hee said a discharge from one of the 57 catfish ponds belonging to a company went straight into Sungai Selangor.
