Nine more get down to clean streets in KL, a total of 2,974 notices issued since Jan 1

Solid Waste and Public Cleansing Management Corporation (SWCorp) said another nine litterbugs had carried out their community service by cleaning up streets in Bandar Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur on April 15 after violating the Solid Waste and Public Cleansing Management Act.

SWCorp said they had issued a total of 2,974 notices against individuals for littering in public places since the Act came into effect on Jan 1.
