NGO volunteer pleads not guilty to insulting Rulers, Islam on Facebook

A volunteer with a non-governmental organisation was charged in the Ayer Keroh Sessions Court on Monday (Sept 13) for making and posting disparaging remarks against the Malay rulers and Islam on Facebook two years ago.

Prajiv Lionel Proctor, 39, pleaded not guilty to the charge which was read out to him before judge Maziah Joary Mohd Tajudin.
