A total of 3,000 recipients received the Sinovac vaccine at the Bukit Jalil Stadium as the mega vaccination centre (PPV) at Bukit Jalil Stadium opened its door for the first time on Monday.

National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme coordinating Minister Khairy Jamaluddin, who visited the mega PPV to monitor its first day of operation, said although the venue was big enough to give out 10,000 vaccines a day, it was normal for a new vaccination centre to start small.
