Newly-elected Miros chairman Datuk Suret Singh on Monday said reducing fatal accidents involving kapcai motorcyclists would be one of his main priorities given that it contributes to over 60% of the annual total number of fatal road accidents, with many of the victims being males between 15 and 25 years old. The former Road Safety Department director-general officially assumes duties on Feb 5 from Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye.
