New Segambut Utara KTM Komuter boosts North KL connectivity

The new Segambut Utara KTM Komuter Station has officially opened, adding a new stop to Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad’s network.

Built through a public-private partnership at a cost of RM39 million fully funded by the developer, the station is expected to benefit up to 100,000 residents in Segambut, Kepong, Jinjang and Mont Kiara.

Speaking at the launch on Friday (May 15), Transport Minister Anthony Loke said the project serves as a model for future developments to integrate with public transport without relying on government funds.
