New policy to fight cardio-renal-metabolic diseases

The National Cancer Society of Malaysia (NCSM), in collaboration with Boehringer Ingelheim and with the support of the Health Ministry, has launched two policy briefs addressing the rising burden of cardio-renal-metabolic diseases in Malaysia.

The policy briefs are based on findings from the NCSM–Boehringer Ingelheim Saring@Komuniti 2025 programme, which screened 5,000 individuals from underserved communities across the Klang Valley.
