Najib's 'many hats' enabled him to commit SRC offences, Federal Court hears

Former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak was able to commit the seven offences he was found guilty of in the SRC International Sdn Bhd case because of his various roles in the government, the Federal Court heard on Thursday (August 18).

Meanwhile, Najib's lead defence counsel Hisyam Teh Poh Teik says he will file fresh submissions to defend the former prime minister in his final appeal against his conviction in the SRC International case.
