Newly-minted minister Yeo Bee Yin said her biggest challenge in leading the Energy, Green Technology, Science, Climate Change and Environment Ministry is finding the skill levels with in-depth knowledge needed in each industry. Yeo also wants to focus on training and developing local talents and reduce the use of consultants.
