Multi-agency committee set up to probe Palapes cadet's death in Johor, says Zambry

A special committee has been formed to look into the death of Syamsul Haris Shamsudin, a Reserve Officer Training Unit (Palapes) cadet who died during training in Ulu Tiram, Johor, last month.

Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir said he had met with Syamsul Haris's mother, who appointed a lawyer to request the Attorney General's Chambers (AGC) to investigate her son's death further.
