Mujahid: Islam prohibits harm to places of worship

In light of the Seafield temple clash, Minister in charge of Religious Affairs Datuk Seri Dr Mujahid Yusof Rawa cited a verse in the Quran to remind Muslims that Islam teaches its followers to respect followers of other religions and also their houses of worship. He was speaking to reporters after attending an event at the PWTC in Kuala Lumpur on Tuesday.
