Mother of missing Kuching four-year-old fined RM3,000 after pleading guilty to abusing drugs

The mother of four-year-old Eric Chang Wei Jie who was reported missing, was fined RM3,000 in default three months imprisonment by the Magistrate’s Court in Kuching, Sarawak on Tuesday for drug abuse.

Dynasty Chang Ka Hui, 25 pleaded guilty to the charge under Section 15(1)(a) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 with abusing amphetamine and methamphetamine in 2017.
