Most terrace house owners in Kampung Baru unhappy with their property valuation

About two-thirds of the residents living in terrace houses in Sungai Baru, Kampung Baru in the Malaysian capital are unhappy with the valuation given to their properties, said Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Shahidan Kassim in the Dewan Rakyat on Tuesday.
