KTMB chief executive officer Mohd Rani Hisham Samsudin said although the company was improving and becoming efficient, it has to also strike a balance between earning commercially or to benefit the people.
Mohd Rani said this to reporters when met after a meeting with the Council of Eminent Person at Menara IIham on Friday.
