Mobile phone repairman dies in car crash

A mobile phone repairman died after the car he was driving plunged into Sungai Batu in Kuala Lumpur

His passenger survived and was rescued by quick-thinking members of the public.

Police believed the driver was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident.
