Kuala Lumpur City Hall’s (DBKL) revised compound structure for roadside parking offences has drawn mixed reactions from residents.

While some say the staggered fines could encourage quicker payment, others believe the low early rates may not deter drivers from parking for long periods, especially in congested areas like Brickfields.
