The Rural and Regional Development Ministry will ensure that there is no dropping out among Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) holders, especially from rural communities to continue their education to a higher level, said its minister and Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi at the Universiti Kuala Lumpur’s convocation on Saturday (Feb 11).
