Ministries have just over a month to spend Budget 2023 allocations, says Ahmad

All 26 ministries have about one month and a week left to spend every penny of the allocation channelled to them from Budget 2023, says Deputy Finance Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Maslan.

He said as of Thursday (Nov 23), the 26 ministries have already spent up to 82% for development expenditure and 92% for operating expenditure from the budget that has been allocated to them respectively.

He said when met after officiating at a health awareness programme at Dewan Muafakat Sungai Pinggan in Benut , Pontian, Johor on Saturday (Nov 25).
