Micro-mobility vehicles to be regulated under new Bill

The various types of micro-mobility vehicles will be regulated once the Road Transport (Amendment) Bill 2020 becomes law, says Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.

The Transport Minister said these vehicles would require mandatory registration and driving licences and if whatever types (of vehicles) in terms of safety that is inappropriate for mixed use on the road will be prohibited in the interest of other road users.
