During an interview with Omnisport recently, former Barcelona assistant coach Juan Carlos Unzue has defended football superstar Lionel Messi's decision to leave Barcelona wasn't made in the heat of the moment.

Unzue said Messi had earned the right to leave the club that he has served for 16 years.
