After attending a briefing for grassroots party members from Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Negri Sembilan at Wisma MCA on Saturday (July 8), MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong said MCA has the right to decide not to contest in the upcoming state elections.
