Matriculation students offered reduced compounds, says Perak Health Dept

The Perak Health Department has offered to lower the fines slapped on six matriculation college students in Gopeng after they made an appeal.

However, the department director, Datuk Dr Ding Lay Ming, said an investigation paper was opened after the college management requested for a further discount.
