Mat Sabu: We need to amend Sosma not repeal

Defence Minister Mohamad Sabu, or Mat Sabu says the Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012 (Sosma) should be amended and not repealed.

He revealed on Tuesday that the Home Ministry is having talks to improve the law that allows detention up to 28 days without trial.
