Mat lajak case: Sam granted bail by Court of Appeal

The Court of Appeal in Putrajaya on Monday (April 18) has granted a RM10,000 bail for Sam Ke Ting who was convicted of reckless driving that resulted in the deaths of eight teenagers in Johor Baru.
