Managing Malaysia's marine ecosystem must be prioritised to promote it as a diving destination, says Tourism, Arts and Culture Minister Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing.

Tiong’s speech was read by the ministry’s deputy secretary-general, Chua Choon Hwa at the opening of the Malaysia International Dive Expo in Kuala Lumpur on Friday (June 5).
