Making heavy vehicles safer

The safety standards for heavy and commercial vehicles must be up to scratch to mitigate the risk of accidents, says the Road Transport Department (JPJ).

Its director-general Datuk Zailani Hashim said that at a Puspakom inspection centre in Wangsa Maju on Monday (August 8), added that they would carry out several improvements on the vehicle inspection procedures at Puspakom.
