Deputhy Human Resources Minister Datuk Mahfuz Omar said his ministry is waiting for the preliminary report from the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) in connection with the fire and explosion at Pengerang Integrated Complex (PIC) before they can decide on further actions.
