Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad delivered the address of congratulations and pledge of loyalty on behalf of the people at the installation of Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah as the 16th Yang di-Pertuan Agong at Istana Negara on Tuesday.
