MACC chief Shukri quits, Latheefa Koya takes over

Lawyers for Liberty executive director Latheefa Beebi Koya is the new Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission chief commissioner, replacing Datuk Seri Shukri Abdull.

Her two-year contract takes effect on June 1, the Prime Minister's Office said in a statement Tuesday.
