LPT 2 tour bus crash: Another victim succumbs to injuries, death toll now at two

Another passenger in the tour bus crash at at the East Coast Highway 2 (LPT2), near Ajil at Bukit Besi in Terengganu, succumbed to his injuries Friday morning, bringing the total death toll to two.

Dungun OCPD Supt Baharuddin Abdullah said the victim, identified as Choo Chia Tan, 44, sustained severe injuries to his chest and died while receiving treatment at the Dungun Hospital Emergency Unit, adding that the first victim who died at the scene has been identified as Tan Poh Hwa, 42, a manager at a Honda factory.
