A 49-year-old lorry driver has been detained after a container fell onto a car near Sepanggar Port in Kota Kinabalu, killing a father and daughter.

Mohd Jadi Pelbi, 53, and Norfaieza, 24, were trapped for about three hours before being pronounced dead at the scene.
