Local syndicate exploits migrant workers to pack ketum leaves

Police are probing on a local-led syndicate that uses foreign workers to pack ketum leaves to be distributed to neighbouring countries.
Bukit Aman Internal Security and Public Order Department director Comm Datuk Seri Zulkifli Abdullah said three men have been arrested and nearly 2000kg of ketum leaves seized.
