Liow to Guan Eng: Are you in a catch-22 situation?

Transport Minister and MCA President Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai questions why Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng has not been able to address the questions posed by MCA deputy president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong regarding the Penang undersea tunnel project, whether Lim is in a catch-22 situation.

Liow said that after launching the MCA Belt and Road 2.0 initiative on Friday.
