Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim says it is unfair for honest workers to pay taxes from their hard-earned salaries while the wealthy conceal their income through various layers and accounting procedures.

Anwar's speech was read by Finance Minister II Datuk Seri Amir Hamzah Azizan at the Inland Revenue Board's (LHDN) Innovation and Integrity Day celebration in Cyberjaya on Tuesday (Nov 3).
